Are your products safe for children?
No Slippy Hair Clippy is the #1 trusted brand of baby and girl's hair accessories. We make it a priority that all our products and their components are tested in a 3rd party laboratory to make certain that they meet or exceed child-safety laws world-wide. We only use non-toxic, child safe materials, including non-toxic glue in the manufacturing process.
**Caution: Never leave a child unattended, hair accessories contain small parts and may present a choking risk to children under 3.
How long have you been in business?
We invented the very first no-slip hair clip back in 2000, and have been selling to stores and moms ever since!
My baby is almost bald, will your clips work for her?
If she has even a few strands of hair that are ½ inch long, our hair clips will stay in place. Have a look at some of the pictures on our site!
What are Clipettes ™?
Clipettes are a modern, playful value line of hair clips made with cute grosgrain prints. Like our signature No Slippy clips, they are completely lined, but instead of velvet, we use grosgrain ribbon and add a special no-slip grip that’s amazing and sleek.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours from when they are purchased, Monday through Friday. This can take a bit longer during heavy ordering times like holidays, or during one of our special sales events.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, as well as prepaid checks, money orders, PayPal and Google Pay.
What is your return policy?
No Slippy Hair Clippy accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased via its Web site within 7 days of receipt of shipment. No item will be accepted that is not in its original condition. A return authorization (RA) is needed for this transaction, see below for details.
No Slippy Hair Clippy will refund the entire amount of the original purchase price, return shipping excluded (unless return is because of our error). Ship all returns prepaid and insured. We will refund your credit card within one week of receipt.
Returns will only be made for items that can be verified to have been purchased through our Web site.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for items without a receipt from our shopping cart. A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied your web order must be included with returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Yes! You will have choices with either USPS or UPS at check out.
Is my package insured?
You can choose to add insurance to your package during the checkout process. In the rare case of a lost shipment, contact us for claim filing information, for your refund: firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a way to tell if my order has shipped?
You will receive an email when your package has shipped. You can also check shipping status by logging into My Account on our website.
Which shipping method should I choose?
We currently offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
We ship from our warehouse in Carson City, Nevada.
Order processing time adds to delivery time. This is usually within one to two business days.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
$3.95. We ship packages via their 1st class mail option, which takes 3-10 business days for delivery on domestic packages.
USPS provides confirmation of the date and time of delivery, or attempted delivery. Delivery of uninsured USPS packages is not guaranteed and WILL NOT BE REPLACED if the Post Office issues a confirmation of delivery.

Which "Side of Head" option should I choose?
Many of our clips are directional, which means they can only be worn on one side of the head (otherwise they would be upside-down!). The “Side of Head” option is offered to provide you with a choice of which side of the head you prefer the hair clip to be worn.
“Right Side Standard” is the option that No Slippy® has always offered. A “Right Side Standard” clip is worn on the right side of the wearer’s head.
A “Left Side” clip is worn on the left side of the wearer’s head.
How should I care for my Hair Clippys?
Each hair clip is hand-made and checked for quality before it is shipped. You can expect them to last for a long time if they are cared for like any accessory which you would put away after use. We send along a cute ribbon strip for you to hang them on for this reason.
SPECIAL NOTE: Take precautions to avoid getting our hair clips wet. We use a water-based child-safe non-toxic glue to attach the velvet or grosgrain ribbon. This glue can dissolve if you put them on a wet sink, for instance. We feel that of all the adhesives available, it is still better to use materials which are safe for children and our environment.
Can I track my package?
You can track your package with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email or when viewing your orders under “Account” on our website.
**Note: Some international orders shipped USPS 1st Class or Priority cannot be tracked outside the US. This can vary country by country. Unfortunately, we have no control over the lack of tracking information for some USPS International deliveries.
